Be a drone pilot for a day and help your teammates with their missions.
As with our programs in general, this is not a typical team building.
In this creative and interactive team building task, teams maneuver real drones following the tasks on mission cards.
The special thing about the task is that now every participant has the opportunity to pilot a drone in a way that takes responsibility for their team's missions (no extra skills are needed, everyone will be skilled).
We designed this experiential team building to emphasize problem solving, healthy teamwork, and purposeful risk taking.
No Limit Anyone Can Do it!
At the beginning of the program, an experienced drone pilot will teach the team members the basic operation of the drone. This way, everyone can confidently embark on the adventure, even those who are holding a drone in their hands for the first time.

It is also ideal for beginners!
Since the main emphasis in this program is designed so that everyone can pilot a drone in an enjoyable way, during the preparation, team members will be given their own drones, with which they can practice basic movements and functions while flying. We provide a separate training course for practice.

Action Cards
In the program, team members will be given various tasks in the form of individual drone pilot action cards. To complete the tasks, the team will need to work together, as the challenges on the cards require completion.
How does it work?
Everyone receives an action card: Team members draw individual drone pilot action cards based on a draw, which must be completed with the drone. I cannot complete the tasks alone, so team members must work together to complete them successfully.
Drone Team Mission Cards
After the individual missions, the teams will be given a mission, where the teams will work in competition. In this series of tasks, the teams will build independently of each other, but will compete together.
Teamwork is key to success with Mission Cards, so it is a great opportunity to develop communication and coordination.
Creativity in the foreground: The tasks are not templated, so the teams will have to think creatively about the solution.
